The Dallas Downriver Club (DDRC) is gearing up to host an exclusive seminar that promises to revolutionize your camping experience – and this time, it’s all about making the great outdoors your home while paddling down the river. Co-hosted by Mariner Sails, this free event titled “Camping out of your Canoe or Kayak” is set to take place on February 10th, from 1 pm to 2:30 pm, offering an immersive insight into the art of river camping.

The DDRC, an institution in river exploration since 1976, has decided to share its wealth of experience with the community. Known for organizing 12 to 14 camping trips annually, half on the river and half in base camps near the river, the club has become a beacon for outdoor enthusiasts. The upcoming seminar, led by senior DDRC members Dale Harris and Bryan Jackson, promises to elevate camping enthusiasts’ skills to new heights.
